CFO Joins KeyBank to Cut the Ribbon

Ellsworth — KeyBank celebrated the re-opening of its High Street branch on Tuesday, January 27. Jamie St. Clair, the bank’s Vice President and Bangor Area Retail Leader, presented Jeanie Mills, Executive Director of CFO, with a check for $2,000 intended to help provide young children with continuing care and education. In attendance were preschool children from the Ellsworth Center, CFO staff members Tim Hilton and Sarah Hardison, and Lorise Jordan, a grandparent and CFO Policy Council member. Along with their generous contribution, KeyBank gave each child a piggy-bank containing a $1.00 coin.
Like CFO, KeyBank is interested in helping families throughout Maine. KeyBank provides sign-up forms for MaineCare in each bank lobby to make it easier for families to sign up for health insurance. The bank also works with Red Cross to accept donations which stay in Maine to help our neighbors in need. Each year over 200 KeyBank employees spend a day helping non-profits. This year, “Make The Difference Day” was held on Tuesday, May 5, 2009.
